The Association of the African American Cultural Gardens: Juneteenth at the African American Cultural Garden. Car decorating for the caravan will start at 9:00 a.m. and the caravan will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. at the Past Pavilion of the African American Cultural Garden on Wheelock Ave. Grand Marshall Harry Boomer will lead the LIVE stream celebration.
