As part of Cleveland’s Juneteenth Freedom Fest, we are thrilled to offer opportunities for our community partners to showcase their mission and programs to festival attendees. If your organization is interested in exhibiting as a community partner please complete the form below.

Community partners are non profit organizations, businesses or groups who share in our vision for a vibrant celebration of Juneteenth in Cleveland.

EVENT INFORMATION

Each exhibitor will be supplied with (1) 10x10 tent, (2) 8 ft tables, (2) chairs and a tent banner.

Event Load in and setup begins at 9:30 am and concludes at 11:30 am on Saturday, June 19. Load out may begin at 10 pm. Vendors will not be permitted to load in or out, outside of these time frames. Will these times work for your business?

EVENT HOURS SCHEDULE (12pm-10 pm)

Do you plan to have activities take place at certain times throughout the day or continuously? Example: Weaving Demonstration at 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm.

ADDITIONAL NEEDS

Do you have exhibition needs beyond your 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, and power? Example: a large open space for an activity; access to an are for cleaning paint brushes; placement to accommodate sound that will not interfere with stage or neighbors. (Please note: requests are not guaranteed to be met).

BUDGET AND FEES

My organization can cover the $200 exhibit fee for tent, tables, chairs and production costs.

My organization is requesting our $200 exhibit fee be covered by the Juneteenth Freedom Fest. (subject to availability)

My organization is requesting additional stipend to cover time & materials associated with exhibiting. Please describe below and be as detailed as possible. Example: Our teaching artists will contribute their time, but we are requesting $175 to cover air-dry clay for small make n' take figurines. (subject to availability)

Please note: all organizations are asked to put a $100 deposit toward exhibit fee to reserve their space and prevent no-shows. Organizations requesting their fees be covered will be refunded within 5 business days. Are you able to meet this obligation?

Looking to spread the word about your Juneteenth programming ?

We are welcoming visitors Downtown in culmination of the experiences offered throughout our region, and would love to cross-promote your Juneteenth event, in-person or virtual, taking place on Saturday June 19th, and the days leading up to it.
