VENDOR application

As part of MetroHealth Cleveland Juneteenth Freedom Fest, we are thrilled to offer opportunities to showcase some of the area’s best artistic, small business, culinary and entrepreneurial talent. In addition we also welcome opportunities for community based organizations to showcase their mission and programs to festival attendees.

Deadline to apply is May 1, 2025

Accepting additional applications on a rolling basis. Applications submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed participation in the festival.

  • [ LOAD IN/OUT ]

    • Load in and setup begins at 7:00 AM

    • Set up concludes at 9:30 AM

    • Load out may begin 7:00 PM

    ** No vehicles will be permitted on Mall C

    [ WEATHER ]

    The event WILL BE HELD rain or shine.

    [ FEES ]

    There is a $300 vendor fee to participate in this festival. Please note: upon approval all organizations are asked to submit payment within 5 business days in order to reserve their space.

    The demand for space exceeds our capacity so payment of vendors fees secures your booth space and confirms your participation. Given such demand there will be a $100 penalty for any no-shows.

    [ SUPPLIES ]

    Vendors will be supplied with the following:

    • a standard 10x10 booth space

    • (2) 8ft tables

    • (2) chairs

    • A tent banner with your companies

    name

    ** Due to the limited amount of space, organizers reserve the right to approve or deny participation.

    *** Opportunities for Community Partner booths and inclusion in festival programing will be determined based on space capacity and value towards festival experience.
